One of the things most people wouldn’t guess about me is that I have a sick, twisted sense of humor.
It’s true! Beneath my mild-mannered exterior lies a witty Walter Mitty: I laugh every time Monty Python’s Black Knight gets his limbs cut off.
So I suppose it should come as no surprise that I fell absolutely, totally, head-over-heels-in-love with Terry Border’s Bent Objects.
I love that Terry sometimes leaves his bent objects behind. (Perhaps predictably, my favorite left-behind object happened to be abandoned in Paris.)
But my all-time-favorite, by far, is Terry’s Zombie Peanuts. There’s something about their expressive faces that I can’t resist …
I am endlessly amazed by the creative ideas that people come up with, and Terry is the perfect example. Thanks for giving me a whole new appreciation for paper clips!

It’s only a flesh wound! I’ve had worse! Come back – I’ll bite your kneecaps!!! 😀
I’m invincible! Come back here and take what’s coming to you. I’ll bite your legs off!! 😉
Oh yes. Help, help, we’re being oppressed! Your mozzer was a hamster and your fazzer smelt of elderberries! (Filmed in Perthshire, you know.) 😉
I fart in your general direction. Now … go away, or I shall taunt you a second time. (Nothing personal, of course. Just reciting my favorite lines! Ha.)
And no, I wasn’t aware it was filmed in Perthshire. No wonder it’s one of my favorite films ever! 🙂
